CLUBHOUSE REFURBISHMENT 

Dear Club Member,

After our survey regarding updating the Clubhouse with Option A ‘Refurbishment ‘ or Option B  ‘Re-design’, the overwhelming choice was Option A.

Work is planned to be in February/early March when the club will be closed.

Rewiring is a first priority, followed by a schedule of work across the club with some structural work involved.

It is estimated that the cost will be in the region of £40/ 50K for all the work needed and so,

THIS IS WHERE YOUR FINANCIAL OR VOLUNTEER HELP IS NEEDED.

The Sailing Club means a lot to all of us and the committee is set to ensure that the refurbishment will bring the club up to modern standards and asks all members to participate in a fun monthly draw by purchasing ‘REFURB TICKETS’  

Tickets are £50 each with a superb prize drawn each month.

You can buy as many tickets as you like in one go or buy them each month.

Multiple tickets will be proportioned for each monthly draw.

Your sponsorship will go a long way to improving the club for all our future enjoyment.

The first draw at the end of December is Dinner for two with a bottle of wine at the Georgian House.
January and February prizes will be a £250 voucher at Blanchards, £200 Eye Exam and Spectacles at Richard Ward Opticians. Plus more to come.
